Rachel
President
Rachel is the brains of 201 Salsa. She’s a passionate entrepreneur with a track record of success who thinks adequate results are just fine—for somebody else. Rachel suggests a healthy heap of 201 Salsa on grilled red snapper, served over cilantro-lime rice. She’s never far from her boy, Ollie, who kicks back on the conference table and works by her side.
Iverson
Iverson is Christian’s best friend and sidekick. You’ll seldom find these two apart since they love nothing more than good company and belly rubs. We recommend you offer the company to Christian and the belly rubs to Iverson, but that’s your call.
Oliver
His friends call him Ollie, and he’s as picky about his friends as we are about our salsa. He follows in Rachel’s tracks in believing that mediocrity is fine—as long as he doesn’t have to see it, taste it, or be near it. Fortunately, 201 Salsa is Ollie-approved.
